Multi-angle and multi-audio can be used in many ways. It’s greatest strength is it’s ability to compare different audio or video without having to change track and lose the play location.
- To show two or more simultaneous programs with simple changes made (i.e. the green screen background image is different)
- To allow review of two or more audio presentations (i.e. different audio for the same advert)
- Training videos where it is important to show different audio or video (i.e. our Phat Reaction presents DJ DVD’s)
- Allow the viewer to see what they really want to see at a sporting event (i.e. different angles focus on the star players)
Our favorite application for multi-angle and multi-audio DVD is as a training tool. It is perfect to be able to show everything about an item or process.
We make training DVD’s for DJ’s, but the same ideas can be applied to such things as a users manual for home equipment, or maybe a poker training DVD where you can’t see the hands on one of the angles and can on others.
